1. Welcome to gopilotme!

Thanks for using gopilotme! We are excited to help you organize your digital life with our dashboard tools.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. The Service is "As Is"

We built gopilotme to be helpful, but please understand that we provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • No warranties: We do not guarantee that the service will be perfect, error-free, secure, or available 100% of the time.
  • Your risk: You use the application at your own sole risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

3. Your Links, Your Responsibility

gopilotme is a tool for you to organize your own internet experience. Because you are in control of what goes onto your dashboard:

  • You control the content: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any links (URLs), text, or data you enter into the system.
  • We don’t check external sites: We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites you link to via our dashboards.
  • Safety first: If a link on your dashboard leads to a harmful site, or if you lose data because of an external site, gopilotme is not liable.

4. Service Evolution

Modifications: We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features or functionality at any time, without prior notice.

Your data is yours: You can export your dashboard configurations at any time via the application settings.

5. Pricing and Changes

Currently free: gopilotme is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce fees, adjust pricing tiers, or add subscription charges at any time.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to distribute illegal content, spread malware, abuse the system via DDoS, or generate spam. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account without notice if we determine you have violated this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
